At True Team Players (TTP), we believe in the power of unity and teamwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@trueteamplayers.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.
Please pack your items securely and include the original packing slip.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by TTP if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Here’s how our refund process works:
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
